We are part of a global movement created as “An information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower people in the HR field" that has grown to over 260 cities worldwide based on sessions highlighting 5-minute talks.
The HR landscape is changing dramatically with AI rollouts, DEI rollbacks, economic uncertainty and budget restrictions, in this environment strengthening the fabric of our HR Community is more important than ever. Strong extended networks and dynamic sharing become foundations for collective support and growth.
With this in mind, here in Houston we are building on the main event as the cornerstone of a series of additional means and channels for promoting collective Sharing, Connection, and Growth in our HR Community.
We will continue on this mission while maintaining our grassroots identity, staying 100% volunteer-run, and the contents will continue to be organic and collectively generated.
